totally obstructs the flow of urine, creating a favorable breeding ground for bacterial proliferation.<br>In some patients, these infections may be repeated, severe or last despite antibiotics, because the mechanical cause (the stone) persists.<\/p><p>\u26a0\ufe0f Without appropriate treatment, an infection associated with a stone can develop into acute pyelonephritis, renal abscess or complete obstruction, all potentially serious situations.<br>\ud83d\udca1 Targeted management can treat the infection, remove the obstacle and greatly reduce
